A: According to the newly revised "Regulations on environmental Protection management of Construction Projects", "Administrative Measures for filing environmental Impact Registration Forms of Construction Projects" and "Interim Measures for Acceptance of Environmental Protection upon Completion of Construction Projects", the acceptance of registration forms is not specified. Therefore, the construction projects that fill in the environmental impact registration form do not need to undergo the acceptance inspection of the environmental protection facilities of supporting construction according to the provisions of Article 19 of the Regulations on Environmental Protection of Construction Projects, nor do they fall within the scope of application stipulated in Article 23 of the Regulations on Environmental Protection of Construction Projects.
